Welcome to the new South Lakes Theatre Arts Department website!

As I enter my 18^th year of teaching at South Lakes, nothing ever ceases to amaze me, and this upcoming year is no exception. South Lakes High School has been under renovation for the past two years. This past year, the Theatre Department witnessed some exciting changes. We now have a beautiful Black Box Theatre/Classroom, a spacious costume shop, and two gigantic star dressing rooms. As we enter our 2007-2008 season, the Little Theatre our home to many award-winning productions, will soon have a stunning new look, a gorgeous new color scheme, and many interior changes that will enhance upcoming productions.

In addition to the renovation of our performance spaces, I have incorporated some unique and creative additions to the program. From our four brand new studios, will come many new projects including children’s, Shakespearean, and cultural theatre. I sincerely hope you will join us this year for this new and innovative season!
